Mike Ahmar is the founder of ICG, a leading specialty distributor of desktop displays, A/V presentation products and digital imaging peripherals for the commercial and consumer technology markets. In June 2006, ICG was acquired by Electrograph Systems Inc. a portfolio company of private equity firm Caxton-Iseman Capital, Inc. Mr. Ahmar spent the last 21 years building ICG from the ground up. Initially formed in San Jose, CA. in 1985, the company today operates seven full-service distribution centers across the nation. As a result of his leadership, ICG has twice been listed as one of Inc. Magazine’s 500 fastest growing US companies. ICG ranked 50 by the Los Angeles Business Journal List of L.A.'s 100 largest private companies (Ranked by 2004 Revenues.)
Mr. Ahmar earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from Northrop University and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University. He is also a member of the (YPO) Young Presidents’ Organization.
In 1999, Mike Ahmar and his wife, Hania, started the Ahmar Family Foundation, a non-profit organization formed to serve and benefit charitable and educational purposes.

Mr. Anderson has been an California/Orange County resident for 21 years. His home for the past 20 years is located in Laguna Niguel. Mr. Anderson is a graduate of Augustana College with a B.A. degree in both Economics and Accounting. He holds a MBA degree from Harvard University. His professional experience includes commercial real estate investments/services and public accounting. Mr. Anderson was a licensed C.P.A.
Mr. Anderson is the currently the Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Birtcher Anderson, a major commercial real estate development and real estate management company operating in 22 states and with international operations in Asia. Mr. Anderson is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a Past Director of the Building Owners and Managers Association Advisory Board and is active in various community groups including Mission San Juan Capistrano, the Advisory Board of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange County and the Capistrano Valley Boys and Girls Club.

Dr. Beydoun is a Mission Viejo radiologist and a resident of Orange County, California. Born in Syria, Dr. Beydoun became a U.S. citizen in 1977. He first moved to Southern California in 1975 and has lived in Orange County since 1998. Dr. Beydoun is a graduate of Damascus University (Syria) and is licensed to practice medicine in California, Maryland, Texas and Virginia. He has been published in various medical journals.
Dr. Beydoun is the sole owner of Crown Valley Radiologists, Inc. which was established in Mission Viejo in 2002. He is also the majority owner of Crown Valley Imaging, LLC which is also located in Mission Viejo. Since 1998 he has been Associate Clinical Professor, Neuroradiologist-Interventional Radiologist at University of California, Irvine Medical Center. He is a past Teacher of the Year at University of California Irvine. He has been Staff Radiologist for several hospitals and was Assistant Professor of Radiology at Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Cachia has been a resident of California for 35 years and initially moved to Orange County/San Juan Capistrano in 1971. He had a residence in Mission Viejo from 1987 to 1991 and now lives in neighboring San Juan Capistrano. Dr. Cachia's surgical podiatry practice has been headquartered in Mission Viejo since 1988. Dr. Cachia received his B.A. degree in Chemistry from California State University (Long Beach) and graduated from California College of Podiatric Medicine (San Francisco) with a B.S. in Medical Science and received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree.
Dr. Cachia, in addition to being a Podiatric Surgeon with offices in Mission Viejo and Irvine, is also the Co-Founder and Medical Director of Triage Medical, Inc., a medical device company located in Irvine. Dr. Cachia is a current Director of the Orange County Podiatric Medical Association where he has also served as President, Vice President and Treasurer. He is also a current Director and volunteer surgeon with Liga International, the Flying Doctors of Mercy.

Mr. Edwards has been a California/Orange County resident for 22 years. He is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Rancho Mission Viejo, LLC, a major real estate developer of several large entities including Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita and Ladera Ranch, the area's most extensive master planned community. His professional experience includes 20 years as an executive in the Orange County real estate industry primarily in finance, accounting and strategic planning. Mr. Edwards is a licensed C.P.A. Mr. Edwards is a graduate of University of Houston. He holds a MBA degree from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Edwards previously served as President of the Orange County Chapter of Financial Executives International.

Mr. McDermott has been a Southern California resident for 17 years and an Orange County resident for 15 years. He has resided in Coto de Caza for the last 6 years. His professional experience includes Co-Founder and Managing Director of Orange County's largest retained executive search firm, McDermott & Bull, Inc. Mr. McDermott was employed in the banking industry for five years including as a Vice President, Lender and Business Development Officer. Mr. McDermott is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a B.A. degree in Economics/Business. Mr. McDermott is active in a number of local, community and professional organizations including as a current Board Member of Think Together, Membership Committee Member of New Majority, Past Board Member of Orange Coast Venture Group and Past Board Member of American Electronics Association. He is an active member of Temple Beth El.

President and Chief Executive Officer and Director
L. Bruce Mills, Jr. is a Director and the President & Chief Executive Officer of Partners Bank of California.
Mr. Mills has 25 years of Southern California banking experience. For the past eight years, Mr. Mills has been the Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of a local bank in San Diego County that grew, during his tenure, from $120 million to $900 million in assets and to a most recent ROE of 25.6% and ROA of 1.6%. Mr. Mills has developed sophisticated risk management skills over the past years at this larger regional commercial bank that will be particularly helpful to the safe and sound operations of the Bank. In addition, Mr. Mills is a resident of Orange County, California which is in the Bank's primary service area. He has been active in a variety of community and professional organizations in this area including the Rotary Foundation, Boy Scouts of America and the United Way.
Mr. Mills has a Bachelors degree from the University of Redlands and an MBA-Finance degree from California State University (San Bernardino).

Mr. Redwitz has been a Southern California resident for 60 years and an Orange County resident for 57 years. He has resided in San Juan Capistrano for the last 30 years. Mr. Redwitz has been a Certified Public Accountant in Orange County since 1973 and has additional professional experience in real estate development, real estate transactional analysis, real estate sales, the escrow industry, general and subcontractor construction, management consulting, computer systems (hardware and software) and personal financial planning. In 1975, Mr. Redwitz formed his own CPA firm, Robert R. Redwitz & Company. In 1997, he formed The GDR Group which specializes in computer systems, software and hardware. In 2004, he formed Redwitz Wealth Management Group, a personal financial planning company. Mr. Redwitz is a graduate of University of Southern California with a B.S. degree in Accounting. Mr. Redwitz is a member of the Orange County Chapter of Legatus and was recently invested into The Knights of Malta. He is a member of various professional CPA organizations.

Mr. Verbeerst has been a California/Orange County resident for 26 years. For the last 7 years his home has been located in San Juan Capistrano. For the past 26 years he has been involved in general equipment leasing and for the past six years has specialized in providing financing to medical-related entities including hospitals and start-up medical specialty centers as the President and Principal at Variant Leasing Corporation (San Juan Capistrano). Mr. Verbeerst is a graduate of Wayne State University (Detroit) with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Mr. Verbeerst has been particularly active in the Equipment Leasing Association and, within the local community, as a volunteer in Indian Guides and Boy Scouts of America. He is a member of the Padre Junipero Serra Riders and is active in the Community Presbyterian Church.
