An important message to our clients regarding coronavirus (COVID-19):

At Partners Bank of California, the health and safety of our clients and team members is a priority amid concerns about the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). We are actively monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as state and local health agencies to help ensure the actions we are taking are in line with the latest recommendations by these agencies.

Governor Gavin Newsom issued a “Stay at Home Order” on March 19, 2020 for the residents of California. For the safety of our team members, we are migrating more of our staff to a work-at-home model. Effective March 23, 2020 and until further notice, our Mission Viejo office hours will be temporarily changed to 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. A drop box will be available at the front door during business hours for documents and check deposits, with items retrieved immediately. The branch team will mail transaction receipts to your address on file, and you can review online to confirm that your transaction has been posted. Visits to the Beverly Hills branch will now require an appointment by calling (949) 732-4000 or (866) 323-2741. Should mailing or overnight delivery of documents be necessary, please direct deliveries to our Mission Viejo location. Contact information for both offices and client support is listed, below.

  • Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) allows your business to scan and electronically deposit checks from the convenience of your office location. RDC is recommended when check payment and accounts receivables volumes are greater than 20 per week.
  • Mobile Deposit Capture (MDC) for businesses allows for electronic deposit of check payments using the PartnersMobile mobile banking app and your mobile device. Businesses with low payments volumes benefit from electronic deposit of checks without the equipment needs required for RDC.
  • Mobile Deposit Capture (MDC) for consumers allows the deposit of checks electronically using the PartnersMobile mobile banking app and your mobile device. 

Protect yourself from coronavirus scams

  • Watch for emails claiming to be from the CDC or experts saying they have information about the virus. For the most up-to-date information about the coronavirus, visit the  CDC website and the  World Health Organization (WHO) website.
  • Ignore online offers for vaccinations. There currently are no vaccines, pills, potions, lotions, lozenges or other prescription or over-the-counter products available to treat or cure the coronavirus — online or in stores.  Find more tips here.
