Doctor Cachia has been a resident of California for 35 years and initially moved to Orange County/San Juan Capistrano in 1971. He had a residence in Mission Viejo from 1987 to 1991 and now lives in neighboring San Juan Capistrano. Dr. Cachia’s surgical podiatry practice has been headquartered in Mission Viejo since 1988. Dr. Cachia received his B.A. degree in Chemistry from California State University (Long Beach) and graduated from California College of Podiatric Medicine (San Francisco) with a B.S. in Medical Science and received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree.

Dr. Cachia, in addition to being a Podiatric Surgeon with offices in Mission Viejo and Irvine, is also the Co-Founder and Medical Director of Triage Medical, Inc., a medical device company located in Irvine. Dr. Cachia is a current Director of the Orange County Podiatric Medical Association where he has also served as President, Vice President and Treasurer. He is also a current Director and volunteer surgeon with Liga International, the Flying Doctors of Mercy.
